The sale of 1050 South Hobart Boulevard is part of a larger Koreatown portfolio that was originally listed in January. We put the property on the market in the first week of January and received a ton of interest.
The seller chose to go with an offer at the asking price and with a short contingency period and close of escrow. The buyer performed inspections of the vacant unit and released all contingencies shortly thereafter. A credit was negotiated and agreed upon by both parties and the property sold a couple weeks later with no hiccups along the way.
In the last 12 months, our team has sold over 125 apartment units in Koreatown. We have sold the most commercial real estate deals in Koreatown during this time frame.
